Poor circulation at the polygon of Willis.
Left iris: Superior temporal and superior nasal flatness which form an angle at 12:00 o'clock. Radii solaris at the polygon of Willis. Sodium ring. Presence of white, parallel fibers at the brain's area.
Right iris' enlargement.
